Our most recent site is The Old Mill Serviced Offices. Based in a 1700’s Old Mill situated on the side of the Grantham Canal, with a full interior refurbishment in 2022!
Our private serviced offices are suitable for start-ups, small and growing businesses offering an all-inclusive service including free onsite car parking, excellent leased line broadband and connectivity and of course, the offices are furnished to allow you to simply plug-and-play. Free tea, coffee and water is available to our tenants and visitors as is our meeting room. Our meeting room is suitable for upto 14 persons and contain flip charts, large, modern presentation screens and our rural setting is ideal for groups to hire for events and training.

If you are looking for parking solutions for HGV’s we are able to offer secure parking at our site in Colwick.
The site includes full CCTV and gated entrances as well as having excellent transport links to Nottingham and the surrounding area.
